Prophet Yunus (AS) and the Whale

Surah Al-Anbiya 21:87–88 · As-Saffat 37:139–148
A Prophet praying in the belly of a whale. A fire that turns cool. A mighty army stopped by tiny birds. Qissatoons turns the Quran’s most incredible stories into tap-along animated adventures, told by a warm human voice, with a game waiting at the end of every one.
Each one is narrated in English, ends with a game, and shows its Quran source.

Co-founder · Product & Design
I’m a product designer from Karachi and a father of two, ages 4 and 1. School teaches my children letters and numbers, but very little about how a Muslim lives and behaves. My 4-year-old loves stories, and stories stay with us for life. So I’m building Qissatoons: Quran stories that help children form good habits from their very first years, following the path of the Prophets.
Co-founder · Art & Animation
I’m the artist and animator behind every Qissatoons character and scene. I’m not a parent yet, but I’m getting married soon, and I already think about the same gap: an education full of letters and numbers, with little room for deen. I want the stories our children love most to be the ones that bring them closer to Allah.
When your child learns a good habit from a Quran story and does it every day, that’s our success.
Founding families get free early access to Qissatoons before anyone else: 3 stories free, plus 2 bonus stories when you invite 3 families. You also get a real voice in what we build next. Tell us what your children love, and you’ll see it in the app.
Everything you need to know about Qissatoons safety, content, pricing, and launch.
Yes. Qissatoons has no advertising of any kind. No chat or messaging between children, and any family features will be fully parent-controlled. No data collection from children. No third-party trackers. Your child’s screen time is private and stays on your device.
We designed safety in from the start, not as an afterthought. Every story is taken from the Quran, with its Surah and verse shown. The parent dashboard is PIN-protected. And we never, ever show ads.
Yes. Every story will be told by a real human voice, never AI. The stories of the Prophets deserve the warmth of someone actually reading to your child.
Every story is taken from the Quran, with its Surah and verse shown. The exact reference appears inside the app, so you can open your Quran and check it yourself.
Joining the waitlist is free. Founding families get free early access while we test, with 3 stories free and 2 bonus stories unlocked by inviting 3 families. We’ll share pricing for the full library before launch.
Ages 3 to 9. Little ones enjoy every story through narration, no reading needed. Older children read along as each word lights up, so they build their reading and their deen at the same time.
We’re building Qissatoons right now. Founding families get early access before the public launch, and we’ll email you the moment it’s ready.
Gentle stories for young hearts.
